Bon Bon Origins was born from the desire of Christophe Hardiquest (chef-owner of the restaurant Bon Bon**, Brussels) to rediscover traditional Belgian recipes that have stood the test of time, to deconstruct and revisit them with a contemporary eye, bringing them to life again in a new way.

We were asked to create a concept, organizing a series of seven collaborative dinners over a period of one year, with guest chefs focusing specifically on their own “terroirs”.
